- Must possess a Baccalaureate Degree or be currently enrolled and making satisfactory progress toward completion of baccalaureate program in a timely manner
- Certified Dental Assistant through DANB (current credential)
- Dental Radiation Technologist (current credential)
- Three years of post industry training
- Teaching experience in a career school is desired but not required
